Instead, I help you slow down and notice what you’re naturally drawn to — because that often reflects something deeper going on.

They’re about helping you understand what’s going on underneath — your patterns, your reactions, what your body’s holding onto — and giving you practical ways to feel calmer and more in control again.
I use a mix of approaches like EFT, breathwork and nervous system support, alongside intuitive guidance.

Not in a fluffy, complicated way — but in a way that actually makes sense in real life.
A lot of what I do is about helping you notice what’s going on underneath your feelings, habits and reactions, so you can feel calmer, clearer and more in control again.
The crystals are part of that… but you are always the focus.
All my work is based in Bournemouth, Dorset.
